Requirements: - proven professional experience in Western law firm or business (5+ years) - strong knowledge of civil legislation, including corporate and contract law, familiarity with specific matters applicable to the oil industry is desirable - analytical mindset, ability to work both independently and in a team - fluent oral and written English Responsibilities: - reporting to the expatriate Legal Counsel, the Senior Lawyer will provide overall support for the company business (up to 5 legal entities throughout Russia) - consulting management and the Headquarters - working with external legal advisors
