Responsibilities: - overall legal support for the company’s start-up operations in Russia (registration, obtaining licenses, processing contracts, IP and copyright protection issues, corporate and antimonopoly legislation, etc.) - communicating with state authorities, external advisers and Headquarters Requirements: - successful professional track record in mass media or other relevant business - proven knowledge of legislation applicable to mass media and publishing activities - arbitration experience will be an advantage - efficient communication and networking abilities - good/fluent English, knowledge of German could be a plus
