The role: - Advise clients on general subsoil and production sharing legislation - Drafting, due diligence, issuance of mineral licences - Draftng of corporate documents, corporate due diligence, reorganisation, issues related to operations with securities etc. The person: - Degree from a top Russian law school - Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience - Significant experience in oil & gas and corporate law - Experience with a leading international law firm - Russian national - Fluent in written and spoken English
