The Company:

HERES is a fast growing law firm with offices in Moscow, Paris, London and Bogota, having a balanced portfolio of corporate and private clients.

HERES Moscow is looking for a talented Mid-level Lawyer with minimum 3 years experience in a law firm. The candidate will be under the supervision of the Senior Lawyers and Managing Partner of the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Research, analysis and drafting memos and consultations on various legal matters (corporate, commercial, antitrust, labour, tax, personal data,…)
• Provide answers to clients’ requests
• Draft corporate documents
• Draft and review commercial and labour agreements

The Candidate:

• Diploma at a nationally-accredited 1st rank law school (e.g. MGU, MGIMO, HSE)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or big 4
• Russian native speaker fluent in French and English (oral and written)
• Good commands in Russian corporate and commercial law with interest in tax and labour law
• Client and service-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Flexible / multitask
• Responsible, well organized and accurate
