Требования к кандидатам:

A major Russian law firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Tax Practice.

An ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of PQE with international/ top local law firm/ big 4;
• Profound knowledge of tax and civil law; case law; respective regulators’ practice;
• Vast experience in all aspects of tax support, including clients representation before tax authorities; tax risks assessment and mitigation; advise on tax structuring within M&A, JVs and other projects; understanding of international tax, cross-border transactions and operations tax support;
• Experience of working with HNWI, family offices will be an advantage;
• Exceptional client management, business development and negotiation skills;
• Fluent English.
