We are looking for Senior IP Associate for our client - a leading IP law firm
Details
Representing a multinational blue chip client base on the full range of intellectual property.
The role will involve advising companies in a wide range of industries on acquiring and maintaining IP rights and in implementing IP protection and licensing strategies. You will also advise on anti-counterfeiting and other IP enforcement actions, representing clients in courts and relevant authorities.
The successful candidate will have a broad range of relevant experience gained from a firm renowned for its expertise in the field, though if you are a commercial litigator looking to move into a IP focussed role, we'd also like to hear from you. Candidates will need to have in-depth knowledge of a range of IP matters including patent infringement, copyright, licensing of property rights. This is a great role for someone looking for top quality work in a supportive yet professional working environment.
Requirements
- higher legal education;
- 4-5 post qualification experience;
- proven track record;
- fluent English
