Practice Description

In order to achieve its aims the RAA intends to focus on the following programs: 

• Developing of the Regulations for administering disputes under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, as well as the Internal Rules of the RAA
• Developing training programs for arbitrators and party representatives
• Organization of conferences
• Developing recommended standards for the local arbitration institutions (Code of Best Practice)
• Drafting proposals for improvement of legislation on arbitration
