Ведение дел, связанных с нарушением антимонопольного законодательства, в Федеральной антимонопольной службе (далее ФАС) и ее территориальных подразделениях: подготовка заявлений о нарушении антимонопольного законодательства по интеллектуальной собственности, подготовка отзывов на заявления о нарушении антимонопольного законодательства, участие в заседаниях комиссии ФАС, подготовка всех необходимых процессуальных документов.
