• 0,5 + experience in IP/Trademarks and Dispute Resolution
• Analytical skills
• Ability to undertake and manage multiple tasks
• Ambitious approach to career development
• Fluent English is a must

• Drafting legal opinions and memoranda on Russian law issues
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating license, franchise and other IP contracts
• Searching for intellectual property items in databases
• Conducting legal research and preparing alerts in IP sphere
• Liaising with public authorities
• Performing before state commercial courts and chamber of patent disputes
• Direct communication with clients in both Russian and English
• Supervising junior colleagues and demonstrating effective delegation
