Open Vacancy - Associate in Real Estate Practice

Wages – from 80,000 to 100,000 RUB per month NET

Work experience 2-4 years (2 years work experience in consulting is a must)

Due to the expansion of AT Lawyers’ Real Estate Practice, we are looking for dynamic Russian lawyers with an excellent English language command who has relevant experience in provision of quality legal advice in the areas of Russian real estate,  corporate, civil, commercial, tax, financial, matters.

Requirements:

• Russian University degree in law (MGU, MGIMO, MGUA);
• Profound knowledge of Russian law with proven professional track record, from 2 to 4 years of legal experience (2 years work experience in consulting is a must);
• Experience of working with western legal concepts, companies is a plus;
• Experience in Real Estate transactions is a must;
• Experience in cross-border corporate real estate transactions is a plus;
• Experience in M&A  transactions;
• Experience in tax law is a plus;
• Ability to lead several projects simultaneously;
• Organizational and analytical skills and self-management;
• Persistent and result-oriented, ability to work to deadlines.

The required candidates shall be also prepared to:

• Advise clients on various real estate, corporate, M&A and transactional law issues, including cross-border and complex multijurisdictional matter;
• Draft and prepare corporate documents in Russian and English;
• Advise clients on various legal issues related to real estate, corporate and commercial  transactions;
• Interact with external legal consultants on Company’s projects, coordination of relevant project works;
• Liaise with local authorities and government bodies;
• Coordinate and represent clients in the Russian commercial court and courts of general jurisdiction.
