Требования к кандидатам:

Requirements:

·         Russian University degree in law (MGU, MGIMO, MGUA);

·         Profound knowledge of Russian law with proven professional track record, minimum 3-5 years total experience in rendering legal advice (working experience in consulting is obligatory);

·         Experience of working with western legal concepts, companies, counterparties;

·         Excellent spoken and written English;

·         Ability to lead several projects simultaneously;

·         Strong legal drafting skills;

·         Organizational and analytical skills and self-management;

·         Persistent and detail-oriented, ability to work to deadlines;

·         Pro-active team player with strong drive to contribute to overall performance.

Key Functions:

·         Due to the expansion of our Corporate and Commercial Practice, we are looking for dynamic Russian lawyers with an excellent English language command who have relevant experience in provision of quality legal advice in the areas of Russian civil, corporate, commercial, tax, financial, real estate matters.

The required candidates shall be also prepared to:

·         Advise clients on various corporate, M&A and transactional law issues, including cross-border and complex multijurisdictional matter;

·         Interact with external legal consultants on Company’s projects, coordination of relevant project works;

·         Liaise with local authorities and government bodies;

·         Coordinate and represent clients in the Russian commercial court and courts of general jurisdiction;

·         Manage project teams.
