International law firm is searching for an experienced capital markets lawyer to join its Moscow office.
Our client is a reputable international law firm. The combination of international capability and domestic expertise enables them to provide comprehensive services matching the needs of global and local clients alike.
For its expanding office in Moscow, the firm seeks a lawyer with strong capital markets/corporate background and at least 2 years of legal experience, ideally gained with a leading international law firm. The successful candidate will have an excellent academic record, top-notch client care skills, be professionally credible, and have a natural aptitude and enthusiasm for business development.
Moreover, you will have solid knowledge in corporate structuring, special audits, trade finance transactions, acquisition finance and corporate housekeeping.
The jobholder will be active in domestic and cross-border corporate transactions – major mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, as well as equity investments.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and excellent communication skills are required for the position.
