Law firm, Baltic Law Offices, is seeking an attorney at law to reinforce its team:
Job profile:
v Managing client cases and projects;
v Oral and written consulting of domestic and foreign clients from different industry sectors on wide range of civil and corporate issues;
v Preparing bilingual memoranda and legal opinions;
v Drafting and analyzing agreements;
v Working in the group of lawyers.
Requirements:
v University degree in law;
v Minimum 3 years of legal consulting experience and/or in-house legal practice with clients - major companies or legal firms;
v Excellent working knowledge of the English language: both verbal and written;
v Very good knowledge of Russian Civil and Corporate Law;
v Knowledge of other branches of law (Intellectual property law, Tax law, etc.) is desirable;
v Managerial skills;
v Hard-working and loyal team-player capable of managing projects independently;
v Dynamic and proactive.
Salary: upon results of the interview.
