Legal Consultant / Attorney In Corporate Group
· Practice areas: Banking & Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructuring, Fiduciary, Energy Utilities & Mining
· 1-3 / 3-6 years of legal consulting experience and/or in-house legal practice with major companies, leading financial organizations or legal firms
· Excellent technical knowledge of Russian and international law
· Excellent working knowledge of the English language: both verbal and written
· Good client service skills
· Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a team, meet challenges and deliver outstanding results
· Career- and success-oriented
